A big industrial investment session of Madhya Pradesh government took place in Jaipur on Saturday. In this, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav discussed the policies, incentive schemes and industrial capabilities of MP among the industry. An interactive session on Investment Opportunities was organized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh at ITC Rajputana Hotel, Jaipur.

At the beginning of the address, Mohan Yadav said, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan are brothers. The cultural, historical and social ties between the two states are very deep. The Parvati Kali Sindh Chambal (PKC) river interlinking project is a strong foundation for the joint economic development of both the states. This project will not only improve water management, but will also have a huge positive impact on industry and agriculture sector.

Mohan Yadav said, investment is not just an entry of capital but it is a medium to promote employment creation, skill development, technological partnership and regional development. He claimed that today Madhya Pradesh is not a state of possibilities but has become a leading investment destination with clear policies, fast decisions and strong administration.

Immense investment potential in MP

The Chief Minister further said that the Madhya Pradesh government is celebrating the year 2026 as the Year of Agriculture. Its objective is to link farming with industry, promote agri-based units and provide a strong base to the rural economy. There are huge investment possibilities in MP in areas like food processing, dairy, warehousing, cold chain and agrilogistics.

Rajasthan-Madhya Pradesh can move forward together

CM Mohan Yadav also praised the working style of Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. He said that both the states can move forward together on the path of development. He also said that the borders of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh may be different but the goal of development and emotional unity always keeps both the states connected. Along with trade, both the states also need to exchange their culture and forests, so that both the states can develop.

One-to-one meetings with industrialists

One-to-one meetings were also organized with leading industrialists in the program. In these meetings, investors took detailed information related to the new industrial policy of Madhya Pradesh government, incentive package, land availability, logistics network and cluster-based development model. Many industry groups also held formal discussions with the government on their potential projects.
