Swastik Chikara Century: It is said that everyone's time comes. Everyone gets a chance to answer and prove their ability. For Swastik Chikara, that opportunity became the Ayodhya Premier League, where in the match played on March 22, they created a stir that was never seen before in T20 cricket. Swastik Chikara scored a stormy century while playing for Gomti Thunder in Ayodhya Premier League. Swastik single-handedly made such a big score that leave alone the team's total, it became difficult for the opposing team to overcome his score.

There is no breaking of Swastika's century

The match was between Gomti Thunder and Hindon Titans. In this match, Gomti Thunder batted first, for which the pair of Swastik Chikara and Priyanshu Pandey came to open. Once these two batsmen came to the crease, they returned only after finishing their team's innings. Both scored centuries. But, ahead of Swastik's stormy century, Priyanshu Pandey's century remained just a part of the unbeaten partnership of 307 runs between the two.

Swastik Chikara scored 195 runs with 21 sixes.

Batting first, Gomti Thunder scored 307 runs in 20 overs without losing any wicket. In this, Priyanshu Pandey remained unbeaten after scoring 100 runs on 54 balls. Whereas Swastik Chikara scored unbeaten 195 runs on 69 balls. You can gauge how explosive Swastik Chikara's innings was from the 21 sixes he hit. Gomti Thunder beat Hindon Titans

Hindon Titans had a big target of scoring 308 runs in 20 overs to win but they could not score more than 180 runs and lost the match by 89 runs. Simply put, Swastik Chikara's innings single-handedly overpowered Hindon Titans.

RCB pulled out, other teams rejected in the auction

Swastik Chikara was a part of RCB in the last season of IPL but the franchise released him before the last IPL 2026 auction. Chikara's name was bid in the auction but none of the 10 IPL teams bid on it.
