Motorola Edge 70 Pro: Motorola has announced the launch date of its new smartphone Motorola Edge 70 Pro in India. This phone will be launched in the country on 22nd April and many of its powerful features have already been revealed. With a large battery, powerful processor and premium design, this phone claims to give a flagship-like experience. After its information was revealed on Flipkart microsite, the wait among the users has increased further.
Motorola Edge 70 Pro will be launched in India on April 22 and will be available for sale on Flipkart. The company has prepared to present this phone with a special design, in which different finishes will be given. In this, options like Satin Lux finish Pantone T, fabric style Pantone Titan and marble finish Pantone Lily White will be available. This smartphone will take the series forward with the already existing Edge 70 Fusion model. Along with the design, it also has a strong build quality, which meets the military grade standards and provides protection against water and dust with IP68 and IP69 ratings.
This smartphone will have a 6.8 inch AMOLED 1.5K display, which supports 144Hz refresh rate and brightness up to 5200 nits. The screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and with Pantone validation, color accuracy will also be better. For performance, it will have MediaTek Dimension 8500 Extreme processor, which is built on 4nm technology and gives an AnTuTu score of more than 2.4 million. With this, up to 12GB LPDDR5x RAM will be available. The phone will run on Android 16 based Hello UI and will get support for OS updates for three years and security updates for five years.
Motorola Edge 70 Pro will have a triple 50 megapixel camera setup, which will include Sony LYT 710 primary sensor, ultrawide and front camera. This phone will support 4K 60fps video recording on all lenses. The camera system will come with Pantone skintone validation, due to which the color of the photo will look natural. It has a 6500mAh battery, which claims to last for two days and supports 90W TurboPower fast charging. Apart from this, AI features like Moto AI, Copilot, Gemini and Perplexity will be available in the phone, as well as support for Dolby Atmos and High Res Audio.
