Heatstroke: There is a risk of heatstroke when going out in the summer season. Spending some time in the open environment for work starts affecting the body due to temperature. Heat stroke is also called heatstroke. Heatstroke is a life-threatening condition that occurs when the body temperature is high, causing a malfunction in the central nervous system. Its main symptoms include high fever, confusion, mental status changes and hot/dry or sweaty skin. This occurs due to prolonged exposure to heat or physical exertion.

To avoid heatstroke, avoid going out between 12 and 4 pm. When going out, wear light-colored cotton clothes, cover your head with a cap or towel, and use an umbrella.
To avoid dehydration
To avoid dehydration, keep drinking lemon water, buttermilk, sattu, coconut water and pot water. To keep the body cool, take bath with cold water and do not go out on an empty stomach.
