It has been a while since Bollywood horror films made you scream in your seats. The teaser trailer for Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Pastlooks like it will make you jump in terror but also intrigue you with its story.

All previous snippets of the movie have been criticised for the excessive use of AI and by the looks of it, this may not be an exception to it. In fact, the story cannot convince fans because of how unapologetically AI is being used.

Starring Mimoh Chakraborty, Chetna Pande, Shruti Prakash, Gaurav Bajpai, Praneet Bhatt, and Hemant Pandey, Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Past released its first trailer. Anand Pandit and Vikram Bhatt bring together the trailer. The plot revolves around how a familiar-looking haveli unveils the secrets of a creature that cannot see but relies on sound.

The story explores themes of a lost love, secrets, and ghosts that haunt your day and night.

However, fans could not help but notice the blatant use of AI in the movie.

The use of AI is angering fans because of how lazy the effort ends up looking. Using AI instead of relying on CGI and VFX makes it so that the movie looks sloppy and disregards all the hard work that's being put in.

The movie is going to be released on June 12 and it could either be too good for the comeback of horror or disappoint fans because of an over-reliance on AI.
