How to Edit a Story?

Several social media users have shared screenshots to confirm the rollout of this feature. According to reports, tapping on a Story will open a menu that includes an "Edit" option. Tapping on this will trigger a warning pop-up. The warning states that once you begin editing, the original version of the Story will be deleted. Any likes, reactions, or comments received on the original Story will also be reset. However, it remains unclear exactly which elements—such as text, captions, stickers, emojis, links, and tags—will be editable.

Android Users May Have to Wait

Instagram has currently rolled out this feature only to a limited number of iPhone users. Android users may have to wait a little longer to access it. It is worth noting that Instagram has not yet issued an official statement regarding this update, but it is widely expected that the feature will be rolled out more broadly very soon.
