Rajasthan State Eligibility Test 2026: Application Process and Key Details

The Rajasthan State Eligibility Test (SET) for 2026 has officially been announced, and the application window is now open. Interested candidates can submit their applications starting from June 14 until the closing date of July 15, 2026. To apply, candidates should visit the official website of the University of Kota.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the exam, applicants must hold a post-graduate degree in the relevant field with at least 55% marks. For candidates from OBC, SC, ST, PwBD, and Third Gender categories, the minimum qualifying percentage is lowered to 50%. Importantly, there is no upper age limit for this examination.


Application Fees

The application fee structure is as follows:



  • General category and out-of-state candidates: ₹1,500

  • EWS, SBC, and OBC categories: ₹1,200

  • SC, ST, and PH categories: ₹750

  • Click on the "Fill SET Form 2026" link on the homepage.

  • Register by clicking on the registration link.

  • After registration, fill in the remaining application details.

  • Pay the required application fee and submit the form.

  • Exam Schedule

    The Rajasthan State Eligibility Test is scheduled for September 6, 2026. Candidates can expect the release of admit cards a few days before the exam date. The test will cover a variety of subjects, including but not limited to:
