First of all, wash the bottle gourd, peel it and cut it into small pieces. Now add some water to the mixer and make a smooth paste.
Take out bottle gourd paste in a large vessel. Add rice flour and semolina to it and mix well. Now prepare a thin solution by adding water slowly.
The batter should be thin enough to spread easily on the pan.
Now add onion, green chilli, green coriander, cumin and salt and mix well.
Heat a non-stick or iron pan. Spread the batter thinly, add some oil on top and cook on medium flame till it becomes golden and crispy.
Crispy gourd dosa is ready. Serve it hot with coconut chutney, green chutney or tomato chutney.
