Apprehensions and allegations over irregularities regarding donations and offerings in Ayodhya Ram temple are increasing every day. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has made a serious allegation in the Ram Temple case. He said in a post on social media X that serious questions are being raised over the disappearance of 4 kg silver brick donated by Shiv Sena for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Raut said that Uddhav Thackeray ji had donated ₹ 1 crore and this sacred silver brick in the presence of thousands of Shiv Sainiks and saints. Yet, even after so many years, no receipt or information has been received from the Trust. He asked a question and said where did that brick go? Now is the time for a thorough investigation and accountability!

Raju V. Manwani had also made allegations

Before this, a well-known businessman claims that there is no accounting of the 200 silver bricks donated for the temple. Dr. Raju V. Manwani, Chairman and Managing Director of 'Casals Group of Companies', said that on behalf of the Sindhi community, 200 bricks of silver weighing one kilogram each were handed over to Champat Rai, General Secretary of 'Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust' in Ayodhya on 26 January 2021.

'Confidence for future donations is decreasing'

Manwani said that concerns have increased after recent media reports about alleged irregularities in donations to the temple. "We never raised the question of where the silver would be used, but recent incidents have raised concerns. We want to know whether the silver was used for the temple and if yes, how," he said. He further said that if the donations given for the temple are used somewhere else, it may reduce the confidence of future donors.
