This is going to be the third season of 'Bigg Boss Bangla'. The first season of 'Bigg Boss Bangla' came in the year 2013. The first season was hosted by famous actor Mithun Chakraborty. After three years i.e. in 2016, this reality show returned again. In 2016, the hosting command was handed over to famous Bengali actor Jeet in place of Mithun. However, this show was stopped after 2016. Now the show is returning with Ganguly after 10 years.

This time the show 'Dadagiri' was hosted by Dev while 'Didi No. 1', which was hosted by Rachna Mukherjee, has been replaced by Swastika Mukherjee.
