First 10 minutes deadline, now action… Akhilesh Yadav sent defamation notice to Nishikant Dubey

There is a tussle between SP national president Akhilesh Yadav and BJP MP Nishikant Dubey over Ramshankar Yadav alias Tinnu Yadav, accused of stealing offerings in the Ayodhya Ram temple. After Nishikant's allegations, Samajwadi Party has sent him a legal notice of defamation on Tuesday. Earlier, Akhilesh had given a deadline of 10 minutes to Nishikant to remove the post linked to Tinnu.

Even after this, his party sent a legal notice of defamation to Nishikant Dubey on Tuesday for not removing the post. Akhilesh has sent this notice to Nishikant Dubey through SP state president KK Pal. It is being told that this notice is related to the allegations of alleged conversation between Akhilesh and Tinnu. Akhilesh has called these allegations completely false.

Samajwadi Party has now formally issued a legal notice of defamation and started legal action. The notice demands that Nishikant Dubey remove the post and apologize publicly. If they do not do so, further legal action will be taken. Akhilesh Yadav has also warned others to remove such posts and apologise.

Nishikant Dubey is BJP MP from Godda constituency of Jharkhand. On July 5, he shared an Sarvanna had made this claim citing police investigation and mobile call records. Nishikant wrote: “So, Tinnu was talking to Tipu, right?”

Akhilesh got angry on Nishikant's post

Akhilesh Yadav was very angry with Nishikant Dubey's post. He gave Dubey a time limit of 10 minutes and warned him to remove the post. He said, "The BJP MP will have to remove his false social media post within 10 minutes. Otherwise, a named FIR will be registered against him." Citing parliamentary decorum, etiquette and the dignity associated with Lord Ram, Akhilesh termed it as false propaganda. He said that this was an attempt by BJP to defame SP's 'PDA' alliance.
