Sudeepa gave information about Rajesh's health during a conversation with Hindustan Times on Thursday. He said, "Now he is better than before. It is not known which insect bit him, tests are being done and his condition is being monitored. Treatment is going on and his health has improved in the last two days."
Sudeepa told, "Rajesh ji's mother is very old and his sister is abroad. He is our family friend. When we came to know about this, we reached the hospital and at that time I gave the initial statement." Today Sudeepa said, "After coming from Hyderabad, he was at home and he had fever. He thought that it was fever, it could be due to mosquito bite, so let's go home. So he went home and after that he felt uncomfortable, so he came to the nearby hospital and is admitted there."
Rajesh Sharma's assistant and manager in-charge told Hindustan Times, "Rajesh ji is fine. A lot of fake news has spread. I am with him 24/7 and there is nothing like that. The infection is still in his leg and he is recovering. I read somewhere that the infection has reached his lungs, which is not true. His doctors say that he will recover in two-three days."
