The rice which was supposed to be used for the nutrition of malnourished children, pregnant women and adolescent girls, was diverted for profit. 5 lakh MT of rice was made a part of this game of corruption under the patronage of rice millers, ethanol mafia and BJP government. With the connivance of BJP and the government machinery, the food grains of the people are being robbed.
