There is a major update for aspiring Chartered Accountants. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the 65th Campus Placement Program for 2026. This time, 78 companies and organizations have offered recruitment for a total of 5,339 positions. Thousands of candidates who passed the CA Final exam in May 2026 will participate in this placement drive. The recruitment process will be conducted across 29 interview centers nationwide during August and September. The program aims to provide newly qualified Chartered Accountants with excellent job opportunities at prestigious companies and ensure a strong start to their careers.

**6,399 Candidates Registered**
According to the ICAI, 7,931 candidates successfully cleared the CA Final examination held in May 2026. Of these, 6,399 candidates have registered for the 65th Campus Placement Program. In the first phase, 78 companies and institutions have announced 5,339 vacancies. Through this placement drive, newly qualified Chartered Accountants will have the opportunity to secure jobs with leading companies across sectors such as banking, finance, consulting, manufacturing, IT, and others.

**Interviews to be Held at 29 Centers**
Interviews will be conducted at 29 centers across the country during August and September 2026. Interviews in Delhi are scheduled for August 3–7; in Mumbai and Pune for August 4–8; in Kolkata for August 5–10; and in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai for August 10–14. Additionally, interviews will be held in several other cities—including Hyderabad, Jaipur, Noida, and Thane—in accordance with the scheduled program.

**Packages of Up to ₹27.50 Lakh Offered in Previous Placement**
The previous (64th) ICAI Campus Placement Program also witnessed impressive participation. During that drive, 183 companies and organizations participated in the recruitment process, and a total of 2,570 candidates received job offers. In the previous drive, the highest annual salary package stood at ₹27.50 lakh, while the average annual package was ₹13 lakh.

ICAI states that the campus placement program provides a shared and transparent platform for employers and newly qualified Chartered Accountants. The entire recruitment process is managed through a technology-driven system, enabling both candidates and companies to complete the selection process in a convenient, organized, and fair manner.
