Street style pavbhaji can be prepared at home in a very simple way. Fresh vegetables, right spices, good butter and hot pav makes it taste just like street cart pav. Ingredients for Pavbhaji

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup flower
  • 1 cup green peas
  • ½ cup green beans
  • Beat
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 to 3 chopped tomatoes
  • Ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • Pavbhaji masala
  • Coriander paste
  • Red chillies
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli
  • garam masala
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • salt
  • Butter
  • Coriander
  • Ladi Pav

Action:

First, put the potato, carrot, cauliflower, peas, peas and some beet in the cooker. Add turmeric, cumin powder, red chillies, salt and little water to it and make 2 whistles. After the vegetables are soft, mash them properly with a masher. Beet also gives the vegetable an attractive color. Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Then add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, chopped onion and tomato and saute well. Now add pavbhaji masala, coriander powder, garam masala, kashmiri red chillies, kitchen king masala and some black pepper. It is important to saute well until the butter separates from the masala. Now add the crushed vegetables to the masala in the pan. Mash the vegetables again with a masher adding little water as needed. Cooking on low flame for a few minutes infuses the spices nicely into the vegetables. Finally add fresh coriander and a little butter. Add butter to a pan and fry the Ladi Pav until light golden on both sides. Serve the pav bhaji with hot pav, spiced bhaji, butter and finely chopped onion.
