Ingredients for making Sev Tomato Sabzi
One cup gram flour
Salt to taste
A teaspoon of coriander powder
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
One teaspoon red chili powder
Half a teaspoon of nigella seeds
Two pinches of asafoetida
A teaspoon of oil
Ingredients for making gravy

One to two teaspoons of curd
Two teaspoons ghee
A teaspoon of cumin seeds
Cinnamon Stick
Two green chillies
Two green cardamoms
Asafoetida
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
One finely chopped onion
A teaspoon of cumin powder
A teaspoon of coriander powder
A teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli
Turmeric Powder
Garam Masala
Fenugreek seeds
Two to three tomato gravy
Two tomatoes finely chopped
Two teaspoons curd

Method of making Sev Tomato Sabzi
-First of all prepare fresh sev. For this, take gram flour in a bowl and add all the whole spices cumin, nigella seeds, oil, red chili powder, one spoon curd, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste and mix well.
-Now add water to it and knead a hard dough. Keep it aside for about half an hour.
-Heat oil in a pan and fry these sev and take them out.
-Now put some oil and ghee in another pan and heat it.
-Now add all the whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, green chillies and fry it.
-Then add finely chopped onion and fry it.
-When it is roasted, add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder. Add garam masala along with it.
-After frying well, add finely chopped tomatoes and fry them, add salt and let them melt. When the tomatoes start melting, add tomato puree and cook. When the entire gravy starts cooking, add two spoons of fresh curd and mix it.
-Add Kasuri Medhi along with it. Add water and cover and let the gravy thicken.
-When it becomes thick, add the prepared sev into it and cook for five more minutes and just garnish with coriander and serve hot.
