How does your pursuit of life, liberty and sexual satisfaction compare to your fellow Americans?

Nap Lab, a mattress review site, surveyed 1,087 Americans from across the country to rank their sex life on a scale of 1 (a total snooze) to 10 (an earth-shattering experience).

Americans rated their sex lives with a national average score of 4.770 — a failing grade if we were putting it to the test — with 23.6% rating their sex life a dismal 1 out of 10.

Only 10.6% rated their sex life a perfect 10.

It seems most Americans just can’t get no satisfaction — particularly the 5.6% admitting they’ve never had sex at all.

But 25 states did rank their sex lives as above average with one state coming out on top plain and clear.

The survey determined that the most sexually satisfied state in the US is OK — in Oklahoma, the wind isn’t the only thing that comes.

The state had the highest average score of 6.792, being one of just seven states that gave an average sex life score higher than 6 out of 10.

Kentucky, Texas, Maine, Iowa, Louisiana and Arkansas also rated their sex lives as above average.

But many of those out in the Last Frontier are still searching for sexual satisfaction.

Alaska came in last with the lowest score of 2.524 — they need the most help heating things up.

New Mexico and Virginia followed with sexual satisfaction scores coming in below 3.

But it’s not for a lack of trying. A previous Nap Lab study found Alaska and New Mexico topping the charts for frequency of sex.

Maybe they’re just insatiable? Well, one state that was unsurprisingly so was New York.

New Yorkers, known for having high standards and being hard to please, ranked 30th with a score of 4.545 — maybe some should book this Manhattan hotel stay to “re-explore their own sexuality.”

The survey comes as reports continue to find that Gen Z is having less sex than other generations and are increasingly exploring a wide range of sexualities, including asexuality, which may contribute to more Americans being sexually unsatisfied.
