Recruitment has been issued by the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) for apprentice posts. Candidates who have obtained a degree/diploma in ITI or engineering can apply to join this recruitment. The application form for the apprenticeship can be filled out online by visiting the apprenticeship portal. The last date for filling out the online form has been fixed as 30 September 2024.

Recruitment details
A total of 356 vacant posts will be filled through this recruitment. Out of this, 165 posts are reserved for trade apprentices, 135 posts for technician apprentices, and 53 posts for graduate apprentices.

Who can apply
To apply for trade apprentice posts, the candidate must have passed ITI in the relevant trade. To fill out the form for technician apprentice posts, the candidate must have done diploma in engineering and to apply for graduate apprentice posts, the candidate must have obtained a BE/BTech degree. Along with this, keeping in mind 30 September 2024, the minimum age of the candidate should not be more than 18 years and the maximum age should not be more than 28 years. Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in upper age as per rules.
