At the same time, Leader of Opposition Vijay Vatti War said that negligence was shown in the Badlapur case from the beginning. First, an attempt was made to save the accused and then the people associated with the school. Now there is an attempt to kill the accused and save the people associated with this case. We know that a proper investigation will not be possible in this case. That is why we demand a judicial investigation of this case. If the government does not agree, we will go to court.
Sharad Pawar faction leader Jayant Patil said that the police is saying that the accused in Badlapur shot himself with the police's gun. Congress state president Nana Patole has also tweeted and raised questions on the encounter incident. He said that the trustees of the school have not been arrested in the Badlapur rape case, they are still absconding, why have they not been arrested yet? Is there an attempt to end the case by encountering the main accused to save the absconding accused? Has this incident been carried out to suppress the case? The truth of the encounter should come out, it should be investigated by a High Court judge.
