Politics has intensified over the encounter of Akshay Shinde, the main accused in the case of sexual exploitation of minor girls in Badlapur, Maharashtra. It is being told that after firing at the police, the police killed him in self-defense. The opposition has surrounded the government over this encounter and alleged that there is a conspiracy behind it. Shinde has been killed in an encounter to suppress the case. When NC Sharadchandra Pawar chief Sharad Pawar along with many opposition leaders reacted to the incident, the government and the ruling party leaders also came to the defense.

On the encounter, Sharad Pawar said that the injustice done to two children in Badlapur should have been done within the ambit of proper law, but the laxity shown by the Home Department in transferring the main accused of this incident is under question. It seems that the government has become weak in threatening the law so that in future no one can even think of such a reprehensible act, it is hoped that the situation will come to light after a thorough investigation of this incident.

Leader of Opposition Vijay Vatti Var said - There is an attempt to save the rest

At the same time, Leader of Opposition Vijay Vatti War said that negligence was shown in the Badlapur case from the beginning. First, an attempt was made to save the accused and then the people associated with the school. Now there is an attempt to kill the accused and save the people associated with this case. We know that a proper investigation will not be possible in this case. That is why we demand a judicial investigation of this case. If the government does not agree, we will go to court.

Sharad Pawar faction leader Jayant Patil said that the police is saying that the accused in Badlapur shot himself with the police's gun. If the accused had been questioned, that institution would have been in trouble, to save which even an FIR was not registered. If he had started speaking, the police station officials would have been in trouble. For this, an encounter was done so that there is no discussion. This can also be their strategy. These are very influential people.

Congress leader Nana Patole also asked many questions

Congress state president Nana Patole has also tweeted and raised questions on the encounter incident. He said that the trustees of the school have not been arrested in the Badlapur rape case, they are still absconding, why have they not been arrested yet? Is there an attempt to end the case by encountering the main accused to save the absconding accused? Has this incident been carried out to suppress the case? The truth of the encounter should come out, it should be investigated by a High Court judge.

Former CM said- this is a very serious matter

On the encounter, Congress leader and former CM Prithviraj Chavan said that the police stories are changing one after the other, first it was said that he tried to commit suicide, then it was said that it was an encounter, then it was said that he was attacking the police. Whose encounter happens? Encounters happen with terrorists, underworld criminals. It seems that maybe the police is trying to save a person sitting in a high position. This is a very serious matter.

CM said- this action was taken in self-defense

Amidst the questions of the opposition, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde also came to the defense. He said that he (Akshay Shinde) was taken for investigation because his ex-wife had filed a case of sexual harassment. He fired at a policeman Nilesh More, who got injured and has been admitted to the hospital. Police is on the spot. This action was taken in self-defense. Full details will be revealed after the investigation.

Deputy CM said- Opposition raises questions on everything

Meanwhile, the state's Deputy CM and BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis said that the accused's ex-wife had filed a complaint against him. In this case, the police was taking the accused on transit remand, but the accused snatched the police's gun and opened fire, in which the policeman got injured. The police fired back to save themselves, in which Akshay Shinde got shot and died.

He said that the opposition raises questions on everything. The same opposition was demanding death penalty some time back, now if the accused fired at the police, will the police protect itself or not. Let us tell you that the responsibility of the Home Ministry in Maharashtra is with Devendra Fadnavis.
