Pankaj Yadav, the general secretary of Bihar and leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), was shot early on October 3. On his morning stroll in Munger, he was assaulted, according to the news agency ANI. When he saw this neighborhood, he was sent in severe condition to the closest hospital.
