Afghanistan's legendary cricketer Rashid Khan has married at the age of 26. He married Pashtun customs on Thursday, October 3 in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. According to media reports, the T20 captain of the Afghanistan team has married his relatives. Along with Rashid, his three brothers also got married. That is, Rashid Khan and his three brothers got married on the same day. During this, many players of the Afghanistan cricket team were present. Many pictures of this wedding ceremony held in Kabul have surfaced. However, Rashid has broken an old promise by marrying.


Rashid Khan got married at Imperial Continental in Kabul. Fireworks were lit outside the hotel to celebrate the wedding. Afghanistan cricketers made Rashid's wedding more grand by attending the ceremony. Afghanistan Cricket Board CEO Naseeb Khan, the team's most senior players Mohammad Nabi, Azmatullah Omarzai, Najibullah Zadran, Rahmat Shah, and Mujeeb ur Rahman along with many other young players attended the wedding. Many Afghanistan players posted pictures on social media and congratulated the couple on the wedding.

Rashid Khan is the biggest superstar of the Afghanistan cricket team. He has only one dream and that is to win the World Cup trophy for the team. Before the 2023 ODI World Cup, when he was asked about marriage, he said that he would not marry until the Afghanistan team won the World Cup. However, now he has broken his promise and got married.
