In the Kidwai Nagar region, Rajeev Kumar Dubey and his spouse Rashmi Dubey opened a rehabilitation facility called Revival World. They claimed to be bringing in a gadget from Israel that could turn a 60-year-old man into a 25-year-old. NDTV claimed that the individuals in question advertised their services by claiming that “oxygen therapy” could rejuvenate their senior clientele, taking advantage of worries over pollution and its impact on aging.

The pair offered a variety of packages, according to police officers, including a ₹6,000 bargain for 10 sessions and a ₹90,000 three-year membership plan.

Renu Singh, one of the victims, reported to the police that she had been defrauded of ₹10.75 lakh. According to Singh, the scheme had deceived hundreds of other people as well, resulting in a loss of around ₹35 crore.

Authorities filed a case against the pair for cheating under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita after receiving her complaint. The two are now being sought for by investigators, who believe they may have left the nation to avoid facing consequences.

A married couple was detained by the Delhi Police in August in connection with an unrelated incident in which they were accused of stealing a cell phone from a north Delhi home.

The 30-year-olds Gaurav and Vandana were implicated in many theft, robbery, and kidnapping incidents, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police Manoj Kumar Meena.

Police said they got a complaint on August 12 about a theft at Bara Hindu Rao’s Gali Bhauji in north Delhi.

The offenders were apprehended by police when the locals discovered them. The pair said during questioning that they had been robbing, grabbing, and stealing for a while after being inspired by the ‘Bunty-Babli’ characters, according to the police.

“They also admitted to stealing a mobile phone from the house of the complainant,” according to the DCP.

The duo admitted to authorities that they specifically targeted homes that were open early in the morning as residents often went to the temples or for morning walks.

The two, according to the police, had a history of criminal activity and were chronic criminals. They claimed that the accused had been brought before a municipal court and placed under judicial detention.
