NTPC-SAIL Power Company Limited (NSPCL), New Delhi has issued a notification for recruitment to various posts. This recruitment includes the posts of Diploma Trainee and Lab Assistant Trainee. This opportunity is great for those youth who have done diploma. The application process for this recruitment has started and interested candidates can apply till 10 October 2024. According to the notification released, a total of 30 posts will be recruited through this recruitment drive, out of which 24 posts are for Diploma Trainee and 6 posts are for Lab Assistant Trainees.

General category candidates applying for recruitment will have to pay an application fee of Rs 300. However, there will be no fee for candidates of other categories including Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Women. All candidates should keep in mind that applications will be accepted only in online mode. Once the fee is deposited, it will not be refunded, so it is necessary to read all the terms and conditions carefully while applying.

This is how the selection will be done

The selection process for the recruitment of Diploma Trainee and Lab Assistant Trainee released by NTPC-SAIL Power Company Limited (NSPCL) has also come out. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance, which will be according to their merit in an online exam.

This online exam will have two major sections. The first section will consist of a General Aptitude Test, which will have a total of 50 questions. This test will be based on questions related to General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. The second section will be the Technical Knowledge Test, which will consist of 70 questions. This test will assess the technical knowledge of the candidates in the respective subjects.
