A very shameful incident has come to light in Rourkela, Odisha. Knowing this will blow your mind. Here a minor girl was being raped for the last 2 years. Not only this, the person doing this disgusting act was none other than her father's friend. The age of the victim is 17 years and 5 months. The family members of the minor girl lodged a complaint for this in Raghunathpali police station. The accused had silenced the victim by saying that if she told anyone about this, he would kill her. Police said that the minor has been sent for medical examination.

The accused's name is Rajen Srivastava, who is a resident of Civil Township. He is missing since the minor lodged a complaint at the police station. According to information, he has been involved in illegal activities earlier as well. The minor's family was shocked to hear her statement. The victim's family said that their close relative had been raping their daughter for 2 years, of which they were not even aware. The family members lodged a complaint at Raghunathpalli police station on Saturday. 

A case has been registered against the accused in Raghunathpalli police station under several sections including the POCSO Act. A police team has been formed to arrest the accused. The police team has also been sent out of the state for further investigation.
