Fine for waiting for the ticket also

According to the rules of Indian Railways, if a passenger travels in a reserved coach with a waiting ticket. Then the TTE can impose a fine of Rs 440 on him. Along with this, the TTE also has the right to drop the passenger mid-way at the next station. Also, if the TTE wants, he can send the passenger to the general coach. On the other hand, if the seat is vacant, he can impose a fine and give him a seat in the reserved coach.
