Foods containing pantothenic acid: Pantothenic acid is an important nutrient for our body, it is commonly known as Vitamin B5. Due to its deficiency, you may experience depression, fatigue, insomnia, vomiting, stomach pain, burning feet and upper respiratory infections. To avoid this, you should eat foods rich in pantothenic acid.

Avocado –
Avocado is a very healthy and tasty fruit which is rich in Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6 and monosaturated fat. If you eat 2 milligrams of avocado, you will get 20 percent of your daily requirement of pantothenic acid.

Chicken Liver –
Chicken is generally considered a rich source of protein, but if you eat 8.3 milligrams of chicken liver, you will get 83 percent of your daily requirement of pantothenic acid.

eggs-
Eggs should be consumed daily because along with protein, they also contain Vitamin B5. It also contains beta carotene and omega 3 fatty acids which are essential for our health. You can eat 2 boiled eggs a day.

Salmon Fatty Fish (Salmon Fatty Fish)-
Talking about fatty fish, salmon is considered to be a rich source of vitamin B5, if you eat 1.6 mg of salmon, you will get 16 percent of the daily requirement of pantothenic acid.

Sunflower seeds –
You can eat sunflower seeds as a delicious snack, they are rich in pantothenic acid. If you eat 6 milligrams of sunflower seeds, you will get 60 percent of your daily requirement of vitamin B5.
