This time 67.20 percent voting took place in Hathin assembly seat. In the 2019 assembly, BJP's Praveen Dagar had won this seat by a margin of 2,887 votes. He got 46,744 votes. He defeated Mohammed Israel of Congress, who got 43,857 votes. This time BJP had canceled the ticket of Manoj Dagar. The total number of voters in Hathin assembly seat is 1,59,940. Of these, 1,12,358 are male voters. The number of women voters is 95,204. Whereas third gender voters are 0. The total number of voters in 2019 was 1,59,940.

Kehar Singh Rawat won in 2014

Kehar Singh Rawat had won this seat in the 2014 assembly elections. Kehar Singh got 44,703 votes in the 2014 assembly elections. Whereas BJP candidate Harsh Kumar got 38,331 votes. Kehar defeated Harsh by a margin of 6,372 votes. Assembly elections have been held on Hathin seat 11 times since 1966. This is a normal seat. The special thing is that no one has won from this seat twice in a row. In the delimitation held in 2009, some villages of Palwal assembly were also included in Hathin seat.

Elections for Hathin Assembly seat have been held 11 times so far, but no candidate has won this seat twice consecutively. If by winning the first election he reaches the threshold of the Assembly, then his defeat in the second Assembly election is certain. Every time the people here have changed their MLA. Azmat Khan, Bhagwan Sahay Rawat and Harsh Kumar were the only three leaders from Hathin who became MLAs twice, but that too not consecutively.

Some villages of Palwal assembly were also included in Hathin area, which include Bamanikheda, Phulwadi, Sailoti, Ratipur, Aharwan, Durgapur, Dhamaka, Nangli, Rakhauta, Badha, Joharkheda, Maheshpur, Jaindapur, Attarchata, Kishopur, Taharki, Dungarpur, Rajupur. , Jodhpur, Baharaula, Rajpura, Tikri Brahmin, Rahrana, Chiravata are the main villages.
