Kebabs are a flavorful meal prepared with minced meat or veggies plus herbs and spices. To skewer, form the meat or veggies after combining them with chopped garlic, onions, and seasonings. They may be thoroughly cooked by grilling, pan-frying, or baking. For extra taste, serve hot with sliced onions, chutney, and lemon wedges. Use paneer or chickpeas as the foundation for a vegetarian variation. Kebabs may be used as main courses, appetizers, or snacks since they are so adaptable.

Ingredients for Kebabs with Minced Meat:

500 grams of chopped meat (chicken, beef, or lamb)
One medium onion, cut finely
3–4 minced garlic cloves
One spoonful of pasted ginger
Two finely chopped green chiles (adjust to taste)
Two teaspoons of freshly cut cilantro
One tablespoon of finely chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)
One teaspoon cumin powder
One teaspoon powdered coriander
One tsp garam masala
Add salt to taste.
One or two teaspoons of lemon juice
One tablespoon of binding oil
Skewers (if using wooden ones, soak them in water beforehand)
Regarding Vegetable Kebabs:

One cup of diced mixed veggies (onions, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.)
Two tsp olive oil
One teaspoon cumin powder
One teaspoon red chili powder or paprika
Add salt to taste.
One tablespoon of lemon juice
One teaspoon of dried herbs, such as thyme or oregano
Guidelines
1. Get the mixture of minced meat ready:

Minced beef, chopped onions, garlic, ginger paste, green chilies, cilantro, and mint should all be combined in a big mixing dish.
Salt, garam masala, cumin, and coriander powders should be added. Until all the ingredients are fully incorporated, mix well.
Pour oil and lemon juice over the mixture, then stir one more. The kebab mixture is held together by the oil.
2. Prepare the kebabs:

Using a little amount of the meat mixture, form it into a long, cylindrical shape around a skewer, pushing down hard to make sure it sticks. Continue until the whole concoction is consumed. Thread the vegetable cubes onto the skewers if you’re preparing veggie kebabs.
3. Marinate (selective):

Allow the formed kebabs to marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the taste. While not required, this procedure is advised for the kebabs with minced meat.
Fourth, preparing the kebabs:

Grilling: Set the grill’s temperature to medium-high. After putting the skewers on the grill, cook them for ten to fifteen minutes, rotating them now and again, until they are well charred and cooked through.
Pan-frying: In a pan over medium heat, warm up a little amount of oil. The kebabs should be cooked through and browned after cooking them in the pan for five to seven minutes on each side.
For baking, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). After putting the kebabs on a baking sheet, bake them for 20 to 25 minutes, rotating them halfway through.
5. Present:

When the kebabs are done, take them off the skewers (if preferred) and serve them hot. Add fresh cilantro, sliced onions, and lemon wedges as garnish. Serve with your favorite chutney, yogurt dip, or mint chutney as a sauce.
Advice
Spice Adjustments: You are welcome to change the spices to suit your tastes. For more spiciness or freshness, you may add extra herbs or chiles.
Vegetarian Option: For a vegetarian variation, use mashed paneer, tofu, or chickpeas instead of the minced beef. Season with herbs and spices to taste.
Cooking Method: If you don’t have a grill, you may broil food in the oven or use a grill pan.
