But eating out for pizza can get a little pricey from time to time. So now you can make pizza for everyone at home. Today we will tell you an easy recipe to make tawa pizza without oven, after eating which everyone will forget the taste of outside pizza.

Material

  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Capsicum – 1 no.
  • Baby Corn – 3 Nos.
  • Pizza Sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 1/2 cup
  • Italian Mix Herbs – 1/2 tsp
  • Olive/refined oil – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – as per taste

  • Tawa pizza starts with making the pizza base. To make pizza base, first sift the flour.
  • Then add yeast, olive oil, sugar and salt to it. Then add lukewarm water and knead the dough well.
  • Put the kneaded dough in a vessel and keep it covered in a warm place for 2 hours.
  • Apply some oil on the upper surface of the dough, so that a crust does not form on it. Take the dough and roll it into a ball about half a cm thick.
  • Now place a non-stick pan on the gas. Pour some oil on it and fry it on low flame till it becomes golden from both the sides. Pizza base is ready.
  • To make pizza, first wash the capsicum, cut it lengthwise into small pieces and remove the seeds.
  • Cut the corn into small pieces. Heat a pan on the gas and fry the vegetables while stirring so that they become soft.
  • Now first apply a thin layer of pizza sauce on it. Next, arrange the capsicum and baby corn in a single layer, slightly separating them.
  • Place a layer of vegetables on top of it and add mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Cover the pizza with a vessel and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes. Keep checking the pizza by opening it occasionally.
  • When the cheese melts completely and the pizza base turns brown from below, turn off the gas.
  • Tawa Pizza is ready. Add Italian mixed herbs to it and then cut the pizza into four pieces and serve hot.
