After which he has missed many tournaments due to injury and fans are still waiting for his return. Meanwhile, the news of Shami's return is once again in the headlines. The latest report says that Mohammed Shami can be seen playing for Bengal in Ranji Trophy.

Actually, Mohammed Shami is likely to play matches against Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh. According to the report of The Indian Express, Bengal team coach Lakshmi Ratan Shukla said, “Shami will not be available for the match against Kerala. We are hoping that he will play in the matches against Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.” Regarding the Australia tour, he said, “Shammi is a very important player for the Indian team and his contribution in the Australia series will be important. Shami himself had said that he wants to play two matches in Ranji Trophy for Bengal before going to Australia.

The coach of the Bengal team also said, “Good performance in Ranji matches will boost their morale before the Australian tour and it will be a good thing for us too. “Four of our players will play for India and India A.” In the current Ranji season, the match between Bengal and Karnataka is to be played in Bengaluru from 6th November. Whereas on November 13, Bengal will face Madhya Pradesh.
