CBSE Board Class 10th, 12th Exam 2025 Passing Criteria: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is scheduled to conduct the board exams for the upcoming year in February 2025. Along with the announcement of the CBSE Board Class 10th, and 12th Result 2024, the board has released the date of the CBSE Board Exam 2025 to be held next year. CBSE 10th and 12th board exams will start from 15 February 2025 and end in April-May. All students will need 33 percent marks to pass the CBSE Board Class 10th and 12th Board Exam 2025.

The board result by CBSE is based on the marks obtained in theory examination and practical or project or internal assessment. If we talk about the passing criteria for the CBSE Board Exam 2025, then in the CBSE Board 10th and 12th theory examination, the student has to score at least 33 percent marks in all subjects. At the same time, at least 33% of marks have to be obtained in practical projects or internal assessments. Talking about overall marks, to pass any subject of CBSE Board, students have to get a total of 33% marks in both theory and practical.

In the year 2025, about 44 lakh students will participate in the CBSE board examination. These board exams will be conducted in 8 thousand schools in the country and abroad. CBSE Board Class 10th and 12th practical examinations will be held from January 1, 2025. At the same time, CBSE Board Class 10th, and 12th theory examinations will be conducted from February 15, 2025. CBSE Class 10th and 12th Board Exams will be conducted simultaneously on the same day by the board. However, the board has not yet released the CBSE Board 10th, and 12th Exam Datesheet 2025. The datasheet of CBSE Board Exam will be released by December.
