Haryana News: The Haryana government has launched a new housing scheme to provide financial assistance to the citizens of the state. Under this scheme, interest-free loans are being provided as funds required for construction.
The main objective of this scheme is to help those workers who do not have their own house. The government has arranged interest-free loans for them. So that they can build their dream house. Under this scheme, every eligible person will be provided a loan of up to Rs 2 lakh.
The Haryana government has specially made those workers beneficiaries under this scheme, who are working in the unorganized sector and who do not have their own house. The benefit of this scheme will also be available to those workers who are working through contracted HKRN or on DC rate.
The loan disbursal process will be simple and transparent. The eligible beneficiaries will be provided the loan amount within the stipulated time after processing the application. This loan can be repaid in 8 years. This will reduce the financial burden on the workers.
To apply, workers will need documents like Haryana Residence Certificate, Land Rights Certificate, Ration Card, Family Identity Card etc. Apart from this, detailed planning and estimate documents are also necessary. Application can be done online through the website of Haryana Labor Department.
This scheme will not only help the workers to build their house but will also contribute to improving their standard of living. Permanent housing facility will improve their social status and increase economic security.
