IPl Retained Player Salary List: Before the mega auction for IPL 2025, all 10 franchise teams have released the list of their respective players. In which all the teams have retained a total of 46 players. However, all 10 teams had a chance to retain 6 players each, hence a total of 60 players could have been retained.
Before the IPL mega auction, Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders have retained the maximum number of 6 players each, while Punjab Kings have retained the least number of 2 players. After this retention, there is a lot of discussion regarding the salary of the players. In which Sunrisers Hyderabad spent a huge amount on Heinrich Klaasen and retained him for Rs 23 crores.
