Police are strictly checking in Delhi, so if you also drive a car in Delhi and want to avoid challans of thousands of rupees, then keep the PUC certificate with you.

If you do not have a PUC certificate, you may not only get a traffic challan but may also be punished. Before knowing the answer to the question of how much punishment is there, first, know what PUC mean. PUC means Pollution Under Control Certificate.

In this certificate, it is written how much pollution is coming out from your vehicle and whether it is within the pollution limit or not. Note that only those vehicles get this certificate whose vehicles spread less pollution, if you come to know while getting the certificate that the car is spreading more pollution, then get the car repaired and then get the certificate made.
