How to remove smell from clothes: Baking Soda and Coffee Powder

Exposing warm clothes to sunlight is a very old and effective remedy. So, first of all, expose your warm clothes to sunlight properly. After being exposed to sunlight for three-four days, fill a cotton cloth with baking soda and coffee powder and make a bundle out of it and place it between warm clothes and keep it in the wardrobe. This will stop your hot clothes from smelling.

essential oil

Any kind of smell can be removed in a jiffy with essential oil. Whenever you take out hot clothes from the box, first apply essential oil on them and wash them thoroughly. This will also remove the foul smell coming from warm clothes. For this you have to add only 3-4 drops of essential oil in a bucket of water. You can use rosemary, lavender or lemongrass essential oil for this.

lemon juice

While taking out hot clothes from the box and washing them, squeeze two big lemons in the bucket. Now leave the woolen clothes in this water for 15 minutes. After that take them out and dry them in good sunlight. This will also remove the smell.

How to remove smell from clothes: lemon peels

Often we juice lemon at home and throw away its peels. But now do not throw away the lemon peels, tie them in a cotton cloth and keep them inside the wardrobe among warm clothes. Lemon peels work as a freshener. You can also use orange peels instead of lemon peels.

The smell coming from the winter clothes kept in the trunk can be removed by using alcohol. For this, you have to prepare a mixture of vodka and water in the ratio of 3:1 in a spray bottle.
