Travel News Desk, Most of us want to go somewhere when we get a holiday or a chance, but traveling is not pleasant for everyone as many people feel nauseous and lightheaded while traveling in a car, bus, train or plane. There is a complaint of dizziness. This is called motion sickness. After all, let us know how this problem can be avoided.

Keep these things in mind before setting out on a journey

1. If you have problem of gas and acidity, then keep essential medicines with you during the journey and take them only on the advice of the doctor.
2. It is generally advisable to take anti-acid medicine on an empty stomach in the morning before a long journey.
3. Whenever you have to go on a long journey, stay away from tea and coffee on this day because it produces gas in the stomach which spoils your digestion.
4. During the journey, do not leave on an empty stomach, rather eat such things which are easily digested. This will not cause stomach upset.
5. If you often vomit while travelling, then keep cardamom in your mouth, this will remove the complaint of nausea.
6. On the day of going on a trip, drink half a teaspoon of celery and black salt mixed with water on an empty stomach in the morning, this will prevent gas related problems.
7. Avoid drinking hot milk on an empty stomach in the morning on the day of travel.
8. Do not let your body become dehydrated on the way, keep drinking water or fruit juice.
9. Keep sour fruits like lemon, orange, sweet lime with you during the journey and keep eating them in between.
10. Mix one spoon apple cider vinegar in half a glass of water and drink it in the morning, this will keep the digestion process healthy.
