To make tomato sauce, first of all buy good red tomatoes from the market, wash the tomatoes thoroughly, cut them into four pieces. Mash the boiled mixture and strain it through a steel strainer. Grind the remaining thick tomato pieces finely with a mixer and now put it in a strainer and strain it well by pressing with a spoon. Only tomato peels and seeds remain in the strainer. Will be left, you remove it. Keep the strained tomato pulp in the vessel on fire to thicken it.
After boiling and the pulp thickens, add sugar, black salt, dry ginger powder and garam masala. Keep stirring the cooking sauce with a spoon after some time, otherwise the tomato sauce may stick to the bottom of the vessel.

Let the tomato sauce cook until it becomes thick enough (make the tomato sauce thick enough so that when you drop it with a spoon, it does not fall in the form of a stream, but falls in the form of a clot). Turn off the fire. Tomato sauce is ready, cool the tomato sauce, add vinegar and store it in a clean dry glass bottle. Whenever you are making pakodas or samosas, take out tomato sauce with them and eat them.
