1. Kapalbhati Pranayama

How to do:

  • Sit in a comfortable posture and keep your spine straight.

2. Vrksasana (Tree Pose)

  • Stand straight bend one leg and place it on the thigh of the other leg.
  • Raise your hands and join them in a namaskar posture.

3. Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)

Dhanurasana is helpful in reducing belly fat and improving blood circulation. This asana keeps the heart active and helps in reducing cholesterol levels.

How to do:

  • Lie down on your stomach.
  • Bend both your legs from the knees and hold them with your hands.
  • Slowly stretch the body like a bow.
  • Hold for 15-20 seconds and slowly return to normal position.
