This actress who made her debut in the 90s became a recognizable face in the cinema. She was known for her charm and memorable roles in different films and worked alongside some of the biggest stars in the industry. Despite not achieving major box office success she was seen in over 29 films. Later she stepped away from acting after a few years. The actress we are talking about today is Mink Brar. Dev Anand Introduced The Actress To The Cinema Mink Brar started her career with Pyar Ka Tarana in 1993 when she was just 13. Later she was seen in more than 29 films including Ajnabee Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rahte Hain Raaz Kasam Chalo Ishq Ladayen Maa and Aamdani Athanni Kharcha Rupaiya alongside big stars like Govinda Akshay Kumar Anil Kapoor Saif Ali Khan and Sunil Shetty. Interestingly the actress was introduced to the film industry by the legendary actor Dev Anand. While she originally wanted to make a career in law the veteran actor noticed her and offered her a role in a film. Although she worked in films for a while most of them didn’t do well at the box office. Later she abandoned the cinema world. Mink Brars Career In TV Apart from films Mink Brar was also seen on television participating as a wild card entry in the reality show Bigg Boss 6. Later in 2008 she participated in a dance reality television show Dancing Queen. In March 2009 she was seen in Sarkaar Ki Duniya. In 2011 she appeared in the television show Zor Ka Jhatka - Total Wipeout which was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan. She garnered attention on these shows but since 2012 she hasn’t appeared in any films or television shows. However she remains active on social media staying in touch with her fans. In an old interview Mink Brar mentioned I have never left the industry but yes I want to get in touch with people again. I want to show my real side to everyone. I want to win the money get work but I will not expose myself for that.
