As the name suggests, optical illusion personality tests involve weird-looking images with one or more elements that trick the eyes. These images are based on psychology, and hence, based on what a person notices first, a lot can be decoded about their lesser-known traits.
This particular optical illusion personality test , which was initially shared by The Minds Journal, claims to reveal if a person is too practical or emotional in life. How? Well, simply look at the image above. It has two main elements: a man and a woman's face, and a half eaten apple. A person can notice only one of the two things at first glance at the image. And depending on what they noticed first, a lot can be revealed about their traits.
To take this test, simple look at the above image and notice what you saw first. Now read its interpretation below:
1. If you saw the half-eaten apple first...
Then it means that you have a logical way of thinking and viewing the world. You prefer reasoning and analytical thinking over making impulsive decisions in life. And so, you often approach problems by understanding the problem and dissecting each and every possible angle about it before landing on a solution. Your logical mind also prevents you from being swayed away by emotions, thus helping you make sound and wise decisions in life which helps you to be successful.
2. If you saw a man and a woman's silhouettes first...
Then it means that you are creative, emotional, and intuitive and this shows in all aspects of your life-- be it the way you handle people or make decisions in life. Your highly sensitive nature helps you pick on other people's subtle cues-- like body language or the words they use. This helps you navigate your interpersonal relationships better than others. On the other hand, when it comes to work, your creative nature helps you think out of the box and come up with new solutions to the problems. And your empathetic nature helps you connect with others, though you may feel misunderstood at times.
While such optical illusion personality tests are fun to take, one should keep in mind that these tests are not always 100 per cent true as they give generic results. These test results are not tailor-made for people, and so they might not be accurate all the time.
