Noida: To provide clean and pure water to the residents of Noida, Union Bank of India has installed a free water ATM in Sector-45 between Sadarpur and Chhalera from the CSR fund. It was inaugurated by Chief Executive Officer Lokesh M. The capacity of this water ATM is 1200 litres per hour. Chief Executive Officer Lokesh M inaugurated the free water ATM in Sector-45 by cutting the ribbon and said that this is an ATM in which money will not be required.
Hot and cold water will be available.
This is a manual-based ATM in which after placing a glass, the on button has to be pressed, after which water will start coming. Both cold and plain water will come out of this. For hot, the hot button has to be pressed. After filling the water, click on the off option. On this occasion, the CEO handed over 20 litres of water to a woman by taking it out from the ATM.
The capacity of the ATM is 1200 litres per hour.
Pure water will be given free of cost to the common people from the filter installed in the water ATM. The capacity of this water ATM is 1200 litres per hour. In which the quality of water has been improved through the ultraviolet system, Ozonator, sand filtration, carbon filtration, 5-10 micron filtration and pebble filtration.
Water will be dispensed from the ATM.
Apart from this, a reverse osmosis system has also been arranged in this water ATM to remove hardness, fluoride, chloride and other impurities. This water ATM will be provided with an automatic card-operated water vending machine for distribution to the public. Whose capacity is 20 litres per card? That is, up to 20 litres of water can be dispensed from one card.
Free facilities will be available at these times in the morning and evening.
The CEO said that this water ATM will be open daily from 7 am to 12 noon and from 5 pm to 8 pm. Drinking water will be available in the morning and evening. There is another vending machine whose capacity is 1 liter per card and it is made for pure drinking water. Even before this, the authority has started water ATMs in five places, due to which people are getting clean water.
