17 adornments of Naga Sadhus
- Nappies: The loincloth of a Naga Sadhu is also of a different type, which is a silver cap tied with a chain.
- Bhabhut: Naga Sadhus apply paste of Bhabhut or Vibhuti on the entire body. This is their special adornment.
- Rudraksh: Naga Sadhus wear Rudraksha beads around their neck and arms.
- Sandalwood: Naga Sadhus apply sandalwood paste on their arms and forehead.
- Panchakesha: The Panchakesha of Naga Sadhus is considered a symbol of the five elements. In this, the strands are twisted and wrapped five times.
