Singh said in an interview with IANS that the BJP has a landslide to establish the Delhi government. “With overwhelming support, it is evident that we will have a government in Delhi with a huge majority,” he said.

The results of the February 5 Delhi Assembly elections will be made public on Saturday, February 8.

Speaking during the important by-election in Milkipur, Singh said that the public has shifted their allegiance from the Samajwadi Party (SP) to the BJP.

He said, “Even Akhilesh Yadav’s remarks and body language demonstrate that the public has turned away from the Samajwadi Party and is now supporting the BJP’s nominee. When the votes are counted tomorrow, I think our candidate will win by a significant majority.

Given the previous bye-elections for nine seats, which witnessed a strong campaign between the two parties, the Milkipur constituency is a prestige war between the governing Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the opposition Samajwadi Party (SP).

He went on to attack the SP leadership, saying that they are attempting to make excuses for their defeat rather than embracing the people’s decision.

Singh counseled Akhilesh Yadav, the leader of the SP, to concentrate on administration instead of assigning blame. “Akhilesh Ji need to adopt a more positive outlook, shed his conceit, and strive for improvement. Then and only then may individuals change their minds. Right present, Yogi Ji and the BJP have the complete support of the populace.

Singh emphasized that people are responding favorably to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s policies, which would guarantee the BJP’s ongoing electoral triumph. He said that the party is still dedicated to winning every election contest with the backing of the electorate.
