It is said that a person passes by doing anything for money. A similar case has come out from Sonepat in Haryana, where a person was shown dead to grab insurance of one crore rupees. A man cleverly asked for a claim from LIC, describing the young man as his brother. He told that the young man was ill and he died in the hospital during treatment.
Even he said about the young man that he has been cremated. He first used the Aadhaar card of the young man and opened an account in a bank in his name. Then took insurance of one crore in the name of the young man. For the first 10 months, he also paid a installment of 6 lakh in the name of the young man. After this, he started showing the young man dead. However, when the young man used his Aadhaar card, his pole was revealed. He described the young man as a resident of Delhi Cantt.
The case is of Sonepat in Haryana, where Praveen, a resident of Thanu village, was shown dead by Dharambir, a resident of Mayur Vihar. Dharambir recently married his daughter in Praveen's neighborhood and from here he started plotting this whole conspiracy. Dharambir first used Praveen's original Aadhaar card and then got a policy of 1 crore. He also paid 6 installments for 10 months.
After this, Dharambir started showing Praveen dead. First, Praveen was described as his brother from Delhi Cantt. He then showed him fever and shown his hospitalization and later showed death. During this, he gave the application to LIC and said that he and his wife work in the army. He came to know about the death of his brother Praveen on the phone.
Dharambir put up a fake cremation ghat and death certificate in the application, but when the matter was investigated and the real information of Praveen was extracted from the Aadhaar card, everything came out that the person is still alive and the date on which Dharambir Showed Praveen dead. There was no funeral on that date. When Praveen also came to know about the case, he said that I am alive and I have not taken any policy. Along with this, he also filed a case against Dharambir in the case.
