The second instalment of aired this evening with fans complaining about one star in particular. The six participants were in Syria as they came close to terrifying drone strikes and met victims recovering in hospital.

Despite being around people who had been heavily impacted by dangerous scenarios, the opinionated Brits continued to argue about . While in the hospital, a doctor explained to them that medics see victims of bombings "all the time".

He added: "They are children, most of them, because they [the bombs] hit the house." Chloe asked the medical expert if he could tell them about the injuries that the wounded had suffered and the camera then panned to show a child looking forlorn as he lay in the hospital bed.

The doctor shared: "You know when the bomb hit, some of them just take a piece of meat out but some of them, due to pressure, make injury to the internal organs. You cannot see the injury."

He then asked a child something in another language as he translated that the hospital-bound boy has said he has pain in his back and hearing loud noises now bothers him.

"They always live in times of fear," he continued. "They don't know when the drone will come and hit them."

Bushra and Dave admitted that hearing the information was "so hard" as they stepped out into the hallway to take a breather. However, Chloe had a different view.

Speaking to the camera she said: "I was worried that we were going to come in and everyone would have legs blown off and missing limbs. And then actually to see that for most of the people it's just pressure and maybe a bit of metal.

"It's all things that physically won't massively effect you or make you disabled." Bushra was gobsmacked as she asked: "So you need to see people with their f***ing limbs blown off and this gorey image in your head to think this is a serious threat?"

Chloe explained: "Every single country has tragic incidents, people dying, car accidents and things going wrong..." Dave then interrupted to remind them that they were still in a hospital and they should not be bickering.

Fans online were outraged by the Channel 4 star's comments. Taking to X (formerly Twitter) one wrote: "What made Chloe so heartless at 24 years old?!

"Just because you're not seeing blood and gore doesn't mean it's not grave, affecting people and children en masse! I don't walk out of my home and worry about car crashes, it's not the same thing! #gobacktowhereyoucamefrom."

Another echoed: "#gobacktowhereyoucamefrom Chloe has got a heart of stone. Shocking lack of basic humanity!"

A third said: "Chloe doesn't have a heart, does she #gobacktowhereyoucamefrom," with one more adding: "I've seen some grim people on tv but Chloe on this programme is right up there. Debate immigration all you like - but I can't fathom being that heartless. #GoBackToWhereYouCameFrom."
