Although no information was found about where the video is from, certainly, this scene is not from India.

In the viral video, a boy is sleeping on a metro seat. Suddenly a girl comes running and without any warning sits on his lap doing stunts. The boy was asleep, so he did not understand properly what happened, and he woke up in panic.
Ran off the metro
In the video, it is clear from the boy's face that he has been hurt very badly. After committing her act, the girl gets down from the metro and runs away, and other passengers try to catch her. But she is not found.
