After this, the Devka branch of South Bihar Gramin Bank filed a case for the recovery of Rs 1.46 lakh in the name of the deceased. After this, a warrant for arrest of the deceased was also released.
At the same time, when the police went to arrest the nominated person, the family of the deceased person told the police the truth. After finding out the truth, the police returned empty -handed.
