The murder of a young man that happened on the night of February 2 in a village of Jarifnagar police station area of Badayun has been revealed. The young man was strangled to death by his younger brother. He told that his brother used to rape his wife under the influence of alcohol. He used to beat him when he protested. Even on the night of the incident, he was forcing himself on his wife under the influence of alcohol. 

SP Rural KK Saroj said that on the morning of February 2, the body of a young man was found at the door of his house in Jarifnagar area. The postmortem report confirmed that the death was due to strangulation. The elder brother of the young man had filed a case against some people of the village. When the police investigated the murder case, it was found that the dead youth was a drunkard and a bully. He often misbehaved with women when he was drunk. A case was filed against him in 2014 under the POCSO Act on the charge of rape. 

He has two brothers. The young man would often enter the room of his younger brother's wife under the influence of alcohol and rape her. He would beat the younger brother if he protested. Everyone in the village knew about this. On this basis, the police took the younger brother of the deceased into custody and questioned him. On this, he confessed to committing the murder.

My brother used to turn brutal when drunk, I have no regrets

During police interrogation, the accused of murder said that his brother returned home drunk on the night of February 2. At that time he had gone to the field to defecate. The elder brother was irrigating the field. In the meantime, a young man came and finding his wife alone, caught her. Started forcing himself on her. In the meantime, he reached home. He pushed his brother down on the ground. Sitting on his chest, he strangled him. After that, making a noose around his neck with the sari, hanged him on a neem tree standing in the courtyard of the house. When he died, his body was thrown outside the door. The accused has no regrets. 

If the Naadha Chowki Police had taken action then the murder wouldn't have happened

Now after the revelation, the negligence of the Naadha Chowki Police has come to the fore. It is said that before the youth was murdered, he had drunk alcohol at the home of a person named in the case. When he got intoxicated, he caught hold of the daughter of the person who gave him alcohol. He misbehaved with the girl and bit her on the hand and cheek. 

The victim along with his friends caught the youth and handed him over to the Naadha Chowki Police, but instead of taking action, the police released him from the outpost. After this the youth reached his home. Where he misbehaved with the wife of his younger brother. During this time he was also murdered by his younger brother.
