Paan Cold Recipe
Material
Milk- 1 liter
Small Cardamom- 2-4
Fennel- 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper- 8-10
Cashew-
Almond-
Pistachio-
Magaj – 1 bowl – (watermelon seeds soaked)
Poppy-
Saffron-
Betel leaves- 3-4 (fresh)
Sugar- 2 tablespoons
Sliced dry fruits (for garnish)
Recipe
First of all, soak almonds, magazes, poppy, black pepper and all nuts in water for 3-4 hours.
After this, remove the water and add sugar, betel leaves and fennel to it and grind it well.
Soak saffron in milk in a bowl and keep it aside.
After all the ingredients are grinded, take it out in a large jar.
Now add this paste and dissolved saffron according to you in the mixer jar and grind it by adding cold milk on top.
Your paan cold is ready. After cooling it in the fridge for a while, take it out in a glass.
Finally, garnish with saffron, dry fruits and serve.
Rose cold recipe
Material
Milk- 1 liter cool
Almond- (15-20 soaked)
Cashew- (15-20 soaked)
Chironji- 1 tbsp
Magaj- half a bowl (soaked)
Poppy- 1 tbsp
Fennel- 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder- 1 teaspoon
Black pepper- 10-12
Rose petals- 2 tablespoons (dry)
Sugar- 2 tablespoons
Sliced dry fruits (for garnish)

Way to make
For this, you have to first soak all the nuts in water for about 1-2 hours.
Now remove all these things from the water and add rose petals and sugar.
Then grind well on a mixer jar or silver and make a paste.
Take out the prepared paste in a bowl.
Next, put two spoons of this paste in a large pot.
Add cold milk and cardamom powder and mix well.
Keep it in the fridge to cool for a while.
Now take out the cold in a glass and garnish with rose petals and dry fruits.
