Viewers tuning into the new series of Britain's Got Talent tonight (February 22) were left with the same complaint just minutes in to the episode.
This year, regular judges Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell all returned, with social media star and boxer KSI making his debut on the panel.
It didn't take long before all four judges were left open-mouthed over the opening act, RuMac. The accordion player with a highly unusual voice performed a rendition of Yes Sir, I Can Boogie which ultimately won over the crowd and the judges.
However, viewers at home were left divided. Many took to social media to offer their thoughts on the first act.
"If I was heavily intoxicated at 3am this would be great, but I'm not," said one fan. "Which producer went... yeah let's open the show with this!?" another complained.
